Wholesale products are strictly for resale purposes only. Purchasing wholesale items for personal use is not permitted. Selling on unauthorised third-party marketplaces may be restricted unless prior written approval is granted.

All wholesale applications are reviewed and vetted to verify business legitimacy and brand alignment. We reserve the right to approve or reject applications and to cancel wholesale orders at our discretion.

Invoices for wholesale purchases (issued in GBP (£)) are available upon request.

Additional Discounts

Wholesale pricing already includes substantial discounts and is not eligible for additional discount codes unless explicitly agreed in writing or offered during specific promotions.

Orders placed using unauthorised discount codes may be cancelled without notice.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required upfront before any wholesale order is processed or shipped.
  • Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received and confirmed.

Shipping

All wholesale orders are shipped from our United Kingdom warehouse.

Shipping costs do not include any applicable taxes, duties, or import charges, which are the sole responsibility of the retailer where applicable.

Free Shipping

Free shipping may be available on qualifying wholesale orders placed directly with us. Eligibility will be confirmed during the ordering process.

Order Fulfilment

Wholesale orders are typically fulfilled within 1–2 business days after payment has been received, unless otherwise communicated.

Returns & Third-Party Orders

Damaged or Incorrect Items

All products are quality-checked prior to dispatch. Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 5 calendar days if any items are damaged or incorrect. Supporting photographs may be required.
