  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned outside the 14-day window are not eligible for a refund.

  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Assembled or installed furniture
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

3. Return Process – Step by Step

    Email support@stylosofasbeds.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Details:
    Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  3. Return Instructions:
    We will reply within 24 business hours with return instructions.
  4. Pack the Item:
    Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.
  5. Send the Return:
    Ship the item using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in your return authorization email.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
    We will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind or Other Reasons:
    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
